1. Presentation
These general conditions of use (CGU) govern the relationship between Juillet Marketing, whose head office is located at 2 Rue Piché, Sainte-Thérèse, Quebec, and its customers. By using the services of Juillet Marketing, you accept these Terms of Use.
2. Services provided
Juillet Marketing offers digital marketing services, including but not limited to advertising campaign management, conversion rate optimization, and advertising strategies on Google Ads and other search engines. These services are provided in accordance with the terms defined in the contract between Juillet Marketing and the customer.
3. No refund
Juillet Marketing does not offer refunds for services rendered. Any refund request will automatically be refused.
4. Termination of contract
In the event of cancellation by the customer, the customer is required to provide a notice of three (3) months. In the absence of sufficient notice, a cancellation fee will be charged to the customer.
5. Intellectual property
All documents, strategies, reports, and other materials provided by Juillet Marketing are protected by intellectual property rights. It is strictly forbidden to resell, redistribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without the express permission of Juillet Marketing.
6. Limitation of liability
Juillet Marketing declines all responsibility in the event of material or immaterial damage suffered by companies using its services. The customer acknowledges that he is solely responsible for the use of the services provided.
7. Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by Canadian law. In the event of a dispute, the Canadian courts will have sole jurisdiction.
8. Payment methods
July Marketing accepts payments by bank deposit, Interac transfer, and credit card. Payment details and terms are specified in the invoices sent to customers.
9. Protection of personal data
The methods of collecting and processing personal data are identical to those described by Falia, guaranteeing the confidentiality and security of customer information.
